Kaitlyn Kitzan

Kaitlyn grew up on a mixed grain and cattle farm in east-central Saskatchewan, where she remains active today. Her farm roots continue to guide her work, connecting agricultural policy to real on-farm experiences.

Since completing her Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness from the University of Saskatchewan in 2020, Kaitlyn has built a career at the intersection of agriculture, community, and policy. She founded Kitzan Strategic Solutions, a consulting firm that supports agricultural organizations and rural initiatives, while continuing to serve in leadership roles across the sector.

She has represented Canadian farmers at provincial, national, and international levels — from Regina and Ottawa to global trade and food security missions in China, Peru, Ecuador, El Salvador, India, and the United States. Recognized as one of Saskatchewan’s Young Women of Distinction, Kaitlyn remains dedicated to championing Canadian farmers and advancing the future of agriculture.
